Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Car Jam: Downtown mobile game ("the game", "we", "us"), published by Geek Zone Apps collects, why, and the choices you have. The game is built to collect as little as possible: there are no accounts, no logins and no chat.

1. Information stored only on your device

Your progress (stars, coins, hints, paint jobs, Rush Hour streak) and settings (sound effects, city ambience, haptics) are saved in the game's storage on your phone. We do not receive this data. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Google's use of this data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Your choices. In the EEA, UK, Switzerland and US states with privacy laws, the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown; you can change it at any time in Settings → Privacy choices. On iPhone, the game only uses your advertising identifier if you allow tracking when iOS asks; you can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.

3. Store updates

Once a day the game asks the App Store or Google Play whether a newer version exists. This check sends only the game's identifier to Apple or Google and is covered by their privacy policies.

4. What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, run our own analytics, collect your name, email, contacts, location or photos, or let you message other players.

5. Children

The game is suitable for a general audience but is not directed at children under 13, and ads are limited to content rated for a general audience. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the effective date above.
