Privacy Policy

Effective: 25 October 2026

This policy explains what information the Wobble Chef mobile game ("the game", "we", "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. We built the game to collect as little as possible: there are no accounts, no logins and no chat.

1. Information stored only on your device

Your progress (stars, coins, costumes, best scores, recent game history) and your settings (sound, music, vibration, graphics) are saved in the game's storage on your phone. We do not receive this data. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. Ads appear only when you choose to watch one for a reward (for example an extra plate or double coins) and in short breaks between shifts. To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect:

Your consent. Where the law requires it (for example the EEA, UK, Switzerland and certain US states), the game shows Google's consent message the first time you open it. You can accept, reject or customise. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy. If you decline personalisation, you may still see non-personalised ads. On iPhone, Apple asks your permission before any app can use your IDFA; you can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Google's use of this information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

3. In-app purchases (Google Play, Apple App Store and RevenueCat)

Payments are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your card or payment details. To confirm purchases and restore them on a new phone, we use RevenueCat, which receives the purchase receipt, a random anonymous app user ID, the product purchased, price and currency, and basic device and app information. RevenueCat's privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.

4. Information we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location. The game has no social features and no user-generated content.

6. Children

Wobble Chef is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads in the game are limited to content rated for teens. If you believe a child under 13 has used the game in a way that shared personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. You can exercise ad choices directly in Settings → Privacy. For anything else, email us. Because we do not run accounts, we may ask for your RevenueCat app user ID (shown on request) to find purchase records.

8. Retention and security

Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the game or reset progress in Settings. Purchase records are kept by RevenueCat and the stores for as long as needed to provide restores and meet legal and tax obligations. Third parties protect data using industry-standard security.

9. Changes

If we add features that change what data is processed (for example analytics or leaderboards), we will update this page and the effective date above, and update the store listing's data safety information.
