Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Puzzle Crate mobile game ("the game", "we", "us"), published by Geek Zone Apps, collects, why, and the choices you have. The game is built to collect as little as possible: there are no accounts, no logins and no chat.

1. Information stored only on your device

Your progress (levels, daily results, times, streak) and settings are saved on your phone. We do not receive this data. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the game is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. See how Google uses this information.

Your choices. Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. On iPhone, your advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking in Apple's prompt, and you can change that at any time in iPhone Settings. If you decline, you may still see ads, but they will not be personalised.

3. In-app purchases (Apple and RevenueCat)

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to check what you have bought and restore it. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase history for this game and basic device information. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.

4. Sharing your result

"Share result" copies your score to your phone's clipboard. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you paste it yourself.

5. What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, run our own analytics, collect your name, email, contacts, location or photos, or let you message other players.

6. Children

The game is suitable for a general audience but is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the effective date above.
